Everything you need to know about tracking your Holo Memory+ order.
Once your Holo Memory+ ships, we email your tracking number within 24 hours. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your AI hologram being finalized and approved.
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register the first scan after a label is created. If your tracking still shows no movement after two business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
Standard UK delivery arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch, while express options land in 1–2 business days. International orders typically take 7–12 business days depending on your destination and local customs.
We can update your delivery address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address, and we'll make the change before dispatch.
