Return & Refund Policy

At SoulPortraits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order, provided that the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your order within 90 days of delivery if:

• the product arrived damaged during shipping;
• the product has a manufacturing defect;
• you received the wrong item;
• the product is not functioning as intended due to a manufacturing issue;
• the item received is materially different from the item you ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, together with all included accessories and original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@soulportraits.com within 90 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• clear photos or videos showing the problem.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, a manufacturing defect, or shipping damage, SoulPortraits will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• products damaged due to misuse or improper handling;
• normal wear and tear;
• products modified after delivery.
